Acquiring this camp in
the beautiful Allagash wilderness was the realization of a lifelong dream for
Mike Paquette. Mike has always been an avid outdoorsman and is currently a
licensed guide in both
Directions: Location from Kittery Maine Maine Turnpike North on 95 all the way until you get to exit 60 or 286 (Depending on how old your map is!) Approximately 4 hours. At the bottom of the ramp there is a stop sign. Take a left onto 212 to knowles Corner. Take a right onto 11 North to Fort Kent. As you come into town there will be a red light, take a left through town on 161, it's a very small town. Sign on the right say's "Allagash 30 Miles" Go over the Allagash bridge. There is a sign to your left after the bridge that say's "Inn Rd" It's your only left so you shouldn't miss it. There should be a sign at the end of that road that says "ALLAGASH SPORTING CAMPS" Lodge on the right 1/8th of a mile. Your here! Let the fun begin!!! Town Of Allagash

The town of Allagash was established in
1886. The first people to settle in Allagash were Sara Ann, Anna and
John Gardner and William Mullins. Their two brothers, John Webster and
Joseph Bradford accompanied them, along with sister's six children.
Their arrival to the area is dated 1838. |
